Junaid Ahmed founded Studio Housify in 2016 after a decade spent on Bengaluru sites watching beautiful drawings arrive at handover unrecognisable. The gap was never talent — it was the handoff between the people who design and the people who build.
So the studio was built to close it. Design, detailing, CNC fabrication and installation all sit under one roof, under one name. When a shutter line is drawn at four millimetres, the machine that cuts it answers to the same person who drew it.
Two hundred homes later, that discipline is still the whole method. Junaid personally reviews every drawing set before it is released, and walks every site before the keys change hands.

The Method
Six steps to a signed drawing set
Nothing is cut until you have approved it.
Consultation
A private session at the studio or in your home to understand how you live, who lives with you, and what the space has to do.
Measurement
Laser site measurement of every wall, beam, drop and service point, mapped into an accurate base drawing.
Concepts
Photoreal 3D drafts of each room, so you approve the finished home rather than imagining it.
Refinement
Collaborative revision of layouts, storage and elevations until every unit earns its place.
Materials
Handling the actual finishes, laminates, hardware and shutter samples at the studio before anything is ordered.
Signoff
Final drawings and an itemised estimate locked together, releasing the project to manufacturing.
